一家創立於1963年總部於美國的製造低溫及超低溫製冷設備的公司, 公司創辦人為William E. Gifford教授Gifford是Gifford McMahon循環及Pulse Tube循環的發明人. 1992年Cryomech製造出公司第一台液態氮製造機LNP40. 1999年Cryomech的 Chao Wang博士研發出4K Pulse Tube製冷機並順利上市. 2007年上市LHe12及LHe20液態氦製冷機. 2010年第一台Cryomech氦回收系統正式裝機. 2013年Cryomech發展出1K冷頭並上市可遙控且液化效率更加提高的第二代液態氦製造機
