The compact MicroFeedthrough reduces the space envelope of the feedthrough assembly. By utilising a cluster flange the overall size of service collars and small instrumentation can be greatly reduced. This both lowers cost to the user and frees up space for other experimentation stages.

The compact MicroFeedthrough consists of a stainless steel housing with ceramic insulators and gold plated Kovar contacts. The Feedthrough will operate at temperatures as low as -200oC and is bakeable to 350oC.
