Oxford Instruments is able to offer cryogen-free dilution refrigerators specically designed for UHV applications, involving:

 

1. Clean dedicated production area

2. UHV assembly process control

3. Vacuum brazing in partnership with Culham

4. Light bake

Our TritonUHV achieved 10-8 mBar sample space (RT) and <10-9mBar sample space (<1K).

Integration with UHV magnets:

We offer complete system integration of Ultra-High-Vacuum magnet and ULT systems. We have delivered seven highly complex systems including: Combination of vector rotate, high field solenoids (14 T) and split pair magnets integrated with Cryofree and wet dilution refrigerators and 3He inserts.
